Countersinks and 3D printing just don’t go together. If you have a flat orientation each layer is going to create a knife edge condition. Huge losses to overall strength+fatigue life. In a vertical orientation any tension or shear in plane is going to cause a split. Even with the added support this isn’t a good long term solution for any product intended to be durable. 3D printing isn’t the method for this purpose, but you’d also probably have pretty good luck with the original design, flip the orientation and use a counterbore instead.
